About the Role

The Director of Marketing and Outreach at Chick-fil-A is responsible for leading impactful marketing strategies to promote the brand, engage the community, and enhance customer experience at the Bermuda Run and Clemmons locations. This role involves driving brand promotion, community engagement, and customer loyalty initiatives in a positive, community-focused environment, with opportunities for leadership development and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales through social media, local advertising, and email campaigns.
Cultivate relationships with schools, businesses, and organizations to create partnership opportunities and sponsor events.
Plan and execute engaging in-store and off-site events that enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Analyze sales data to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to keep Chick-fil-A at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the restaurant or retail industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and strategies.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have
