About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Organize and manage all promotional events and industry trade shows.
• Manage the company's website and digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Maintain, catalog, and grow the digital library of marketing assets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to offer informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Track performance of marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage Marketing/Sales Partner Relationships.
• Ability to be hands-on in day-to-day marketing strategy and execution.
• Digital experience including updating website, social media, SEO/SEM.
• Industry experience in robotics, automation, material handling, supply chain automation, or warehouse operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hubspot.
• Experience in tradeshow and event management.
