Director of Marketing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage brand messaging across all touchpoints to ensure consistency with the organization's mission and values.
• Build comprehensive marketing strategies to reach older adults in underserved communities and educate them about the care model.
• Develop patient engagement campaigns including direct outreach materials, community event planning, and digital presence management.
• Create provider relationship marketing materials to strengthen referral partnerships with hospitals, specialists, and community organizations.
• Develop and implement a measurement framework to track patient acquisition, community awareness, and campaign effectiveness.
• Own the marketing budget, partnering with leadership to forecast needs and demonstrate a clear return on investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience, with demonstrated expertise in patient acquisition and community engagement.
• Proven ability to build marketing functions in startup or growth-stage healthcare organizations.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content across multiple channels.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media management, and graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance requirements and patient privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated success in community-based marketing and local market penetration strategies.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Experience marketing within a value-based care model is a significant plus.
