About the Role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that raise awareness and drive revenue growth across AMETEK AMT (covering ORTEC, Amptek, SI, and SunPower). This role blends strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring marketing initiatives contribute meaningfully to business growth and deliver strong returns on investment. The Marketing Manager works closely with AMT sales and marketing leadership, business managers, and the AMETEK divisional marketing team globally, utilizing division shared resources in India for technical marketing support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing leadership to develop a data-driven strategic marketing direction for AMT brands, products, services, and solutions.
  • Perform brand-specific market analyses and build business cases for investment, aligning commercial and technical resources with strategic business direction.
  • Perform regular Voice of Customer surveys, with technical survey execution and data analysis supported by division shared resources, to drive customer feedback into actionable insights and business strategy.
  • Build and continuously improve a high-quality marketing lead generation engine to accelerate revenue growth and minimize customer acquisition costs.
  • Monitor marketing spend and report on KPIs to highlight trends and demonstrate performance.
  • Coordinate with the division's shared resources team in India to support technical aspects of marketing, such as CRM development, marketing automation, and digital campaign implementation.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials for new product launches, with technical content and design support from division shared resources.
  • Optimize Marketing Operations processes to maximize efficiencies enabled by new tools, including CRM enhancements, marketing automation, and reporting improvements.
  • Develop compelling market analysis and product positioning materials in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (multimedia, social media, SEM/SEO) supporting campaigns and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Distribution partners to support region-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Provide engaging technical content for internal/external communications (newsletters, social media, emails, blog posts, web pages) to raise awareness and drive demand.
  • Work with Sales and Product Management to develop sales enablement tools and solution selling approaches to help global sales teams achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Five to seven years of Marketing Management experience in a B2B Technology-focused environment.
  • Experience with modern digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in traditional Marcom (websites and content creation).
  • Experience developing CRM, including report development.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Automation (Pardot) preferred.
  • Experience in Social Media (particularly LinkedIn) is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce is a plus.
  • Experience in semiconductor, nuclear, or radiation detection technologies is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Automation (Pardot).
  • Experience with Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant experience includes five to seven years in marketing management within a B2B technology environment.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range from $120,000 to $160,000 with incentive.
