About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for hotels, spas, and restaurants to drive occupancy, ADR, and revenue growth.
• Establish brand standards and ensure consistent implementation across all properties.
• Oversee digital marketing, SEO/SEM, website, social media, email campaigns, and online reputation management.
• Collaborate with the Yield Management Department to align pricing strategies with marketing initiatives.
• Manage creative direction, public relations efforts, and external agency/vendor relationships.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading marketing initiatives for luxury hotels, resorts, and/or multi-property portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality marketing, including hotel, spa, and restaurant revenue strategies.
• Experience overseeing digital marketing, brand positioning, and PR for luxury markets.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional leadership to meet revenue and branding goals.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and inspire teams.
