The Predictive Index is a place where diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are valued and celebrated, fostering an inclusive environment where every member is respected and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic positioning and value proposition of our products — develop clear, compelling messaging frameworks that can be leveraged by different stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong buyer personas, competitive analysis, and customer insights that inform both product and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap decisions and ensure alignment between product development and customer needs through continuous discovery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market, championing insights across the organization.
  • Lead a high-performing, highly-engaged team of passionate product marketers & customer marketing professionals.
  • Synthesize and promote your team's work — proactively sharing PMM's strategy and its impact in our GTM efforts.
  • Own the GTM of our product and feature launches — working alongside our release management efforts to bring new capabilities to market with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to develop sales enablement tools (e.g., pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling guides) and train teams on messaging.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation and Brand teams to align campaigns and content with product value propositions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in positioning the company in external communications, thought leadership, and analyst relations.
  • Establish core product marketing KPIs (adoption, win/loss, engagement with enablement materials, etc.) and continuously optimize based on performance.
  • Mature and scale the department by establishing best practices, processes, and scalable frameworks for the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in HR Tech or B2B SaaS.
  • Curious, analytical, and customer-obsessed, with a desire to make a tangible business impact.
  • Proven success launching and scaling software products in competitive markets.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer behavior, GTM frameworks, and sales cycles.
  • A strong communicator, storyteller, and advocate — both internally and externally.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a track record of working effectively in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels — owning the plan and executing it.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with an eye for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience managing and mentoring team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR Tech or B2B SaaS industries.

Qualifications

  • Relevant professional experience in product marketing (7+ years).

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $165,000 - $180,000 annually, influenced by experience and location.
  • Eligible for 401k and a generous benefits package including unlimited PTO.
  • Flexible work environment allowing for work at headquarters, remote, or a mix of both.
