About the Role

The Director of Product Marketing, Enterprise Imaging manages the go-to-market strategy and promotional activities for the enterprise imaging product portfolio. The role involves ensuring high customer satisfaction, effective branding, market engagement, and supporting sales success through collaboration with various internal teams and external stakeholders. The position requires leadership in promoting the portfolio, developing reference sites, and aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals within FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation, a company dedicated to healthcare innovation and advanced imaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drives the most effective go-to-market strategy for the current Enterprise Imaging product portfolio, including solutions like point-of-care ultrasound management, VNA, enterprise viewer, and ancillary products, ensuring revenue and booking targets are exceeded.
  • Develops and executes market and sales introduction strategies for new products to surpass initial targets.
  • Maintains regional and national reference sites, ensuring they are prepared to promote and provide references for solutions, with well-defined utilization processes.
  • Collaborates closely with MI sales leaders to provide sales tools, subject matter expertise, and demonstration support.
  • Maintains high market interest and lead generation through effective promotional messaging and activities, working with marketing communications and sales teams.
  • Works with training managers to ensure sales teams are prepared to execute go-to-market strategies and meet goals.
  • Coordinates with marketing communications to plan and execute trade shows aligned with strategic goals.
  • Develops external communication strategies via e-communications, web, webinars, symposiums, customer profiles, and society activities, ensuring visibility and alignment.
  • Works with sales leadership and marketing to ensure effective inside sales campaigns, targeting priorities and measuring success.
  • Supports the RFP team as a subject matter expert, ensuring quality and effectiveness of responses.
  • Collaborates with the demo team to keep demonstration environments current and effective.
  • Provides competitive feedback, market intelligence, and product needs input to product management, supporting product roadmaps aligned with market and customer needs.
  • Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participates in corporate activities and fosters a collaborative team environment, promoting employee development and transparent communication.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MA degree with 8+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare or Radiology Informatics product marketing.
  • Extensive experience in software promotion and managing software product roadmaps.
  • Experience supporting or managing teams in Enterprise Imaging.
  • Broad expertise in marketing, sales strategic planning, go-to-market product planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and creating business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and direct reports.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and tactical analysis skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication skills—presentation, written, and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce.com.
  • Good judgment, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with diverse individuals.
  • Effective time management and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to drive action plans and execute within established timeframes.

  • Experience with healthcare imaging solutions and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in a remote or international environment.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulatory standards and vendor credentialing processes.
