As part of the AI Business Solutions team at Microsoft, you'll join a pioneering group that is reshaping how work gets done across every business function. The role involves leading the Copilot Frontier team, exploring the edge of what's possible with AI, and bringing early-stage, experimental products to life for curious and innovative users. This position offers the opportunity to influence Microsoft's AI strategy by launching groundbreaking products that redefine productivity and collaboration, working closely with engineering partners to develop and deliver preview experiences within the Frontier system.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive vision and detailed execution strategy for cutting-edge AI features and products.
Find ways to gain customer feedback and iterate quickly to beat the market to key product features.
Determine the right go-to-market, pricing, and packaging strategies based on deep technical knowledge and market insights.
Partner with product, engineering, and outbound teams to develop a product release process that accelerates time-to-market and enhances customer experience.
Build a funnel from marketing execution to product, customer, and evangelist experiences, ensuring best-in-class virtual, digital, and in-person experiences.
Lead teams to build partnerships, coordinate efforts, track performance, monitor product flow, develop strategies to optimize results, and communicate outcomes internally.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product marketers to achieve business objectives and nurture talent.
Help shape a team culture aligned with Microsoft's values where everyone thrives.

Requirements

Proven experience managing high-performance teams and fostering collaboration.
Strong ability to translate technical innovation into clear, accessible value for early adopters and AI-curious users.
Experience in developing product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans for innovative technology products.
Ability to work closely with engineering teams and other stakeholders to deliver preview experiences and product launches.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on empowerment, accountability, and embodying company culture.
