The role of Director, Paid Search involves leading paid search campaigns, managing resources, and contributing to practice development within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use deep-practice knowledge and decision-making latitude to deliver highly successful campaigns independently.
  • Effectively plan, deliver, and measure campaigns to ensure high-impact returns for clients.
  • Develop, implement, and follow guidelines and processes for paid search activities.
  • Actively lead and develop the Paid Search best-practice roadmap to ensure continual service improvement.
  • Serve as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • Play a key leadership role within the practice, growing capability and knowledge among team members.
  • Manage resource effectively and get involved in new business initiatives.
  • Adopt technology to advance delivery and augment practice capabilities through process optimization.

Requirements

  • Has strong Paid Search delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrable success in optimizing Paid Search campaigns through automation, processes, and technology adoption.
  • Developing understanding of how channels work and optimize together.
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about quality and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of others.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with campaign creation and delivery metrics.
  • Experience with technology adoption and process optimization metrics.
  • Knowledge of internal and external client satisfaction targets.
  • Experience creating and meeting learning certifications across a practice.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Paid Search.
