Director, Product Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously refine the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the new product roadmap.
• Work with key stakeholders to set long-term vision and strategy for the company's products.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop pricing strategy.
• Lead continuous product improvements.
• Manage custom and unique projects.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of product portfolio and vendor capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and QA team to identify and implement solutions to address warranty claims.
• Coach and develop team to enhance their skills in product management.
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and gather customer feedback.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, product coordinators, and business analysts to gain consensus on solving business challenges.
• Gather and analyze data and business intelligence from external and internal sources to create product roadmaps.
• Interact with internal and external business partners across various time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of Product Management experience, preferably in luxury furniture or goods.
• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• B.A/B.S. degree required.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work 40+ hours with flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
