About the Role

As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) at Fiserv, you will lead a team of product managers/owners and drive the strategic vision and success of our ECM product portfolio. Specializing in the ECM space, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Professional Services, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure delivery of innovative and market-leading ECM solutions that meet the complex content management needs of Fiserv customers. You will play a key role in managing the ECM product roadmap and our key delivery partner relationship.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the ECM product team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve business objectives.
Develop and execute the ECM product roadmap, aligning it with strategic goals, industry trends, and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and strategic partners to define product requirements and deliver integrated ECM solutions.
Conduct market research and monitor customer feedback to continuously improve ECM solutions and drive product enhancements.
Develop effective product positioning, marketing strategies, and go-to-market plans for the ECM product suite.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.
8+ years of experience in product management.
8+ years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions and understanding of ECM market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
8+ years of experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
8+ years of experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.

Nice to Have

Experience in managing partnerships and ecosystem integrations in the ECM space.
Experience in market and competitive research.
Experience in driving customer-centric product development.
Experience in defining KPIs and success metrics for product performance.
Experience in developing effective product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
