About the Role

The Intuit Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is responsible for generating over half of Intuit's global revenue. Flagship brands include QuickBooks and Mailchimp, and our vision is to be the connected E2E platform that small and medium-sized businesses rely on every day to run and grow their businesses - doubling their revenue and profitability. GBSG is uniquely positioned to be the source of truth and engagement by addressing fundamental customer needs of finding customers, getting paid, getting access to capital, accessing expert advice, remaining compliant and organized, and getting their work done. The group has extended its focus from small businesses with 1-10 employees to mid-market businesses with 10-100 employees, offering products in multichannel commerce, money management, access to capital, workforce management, and expert advice. The VP, Product - International will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for defining and executing GBSG's international growth strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute on international platform strategy to deliver an AI-driven business platform that drives revenue, profitability, and daily value for customers.
  • Define and execute the global growth strategy in international markets by analyzing local market trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement product, localization, and pricing strategies to launch and expand into new emerging markets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product organization that delivers industry-differentiating experiences across different markets.
  • Identify international market expansion opportunities through rigorous analysis of market trends and customer pain points.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set overall growth strategy for the company.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and prioritize the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant product strategy experience.
  • Prior experience leading global/international expansion strategy, ideally with a focus on Europe and LATAM.
  • Experience building products for SMB and mid-market customers within an ecosystem of products and services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and customer growth through business and product innovation.
  • Experience in developing and executing a clear, durable 3-year product strategy.
  • Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills, focusing on critical initiatives.
  • Experience managing a complex portfolio of both new (0-1) and existing at-scale offerings.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a large matrix organization to ensure impactful and swift execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to influence beyond direct teams to portfolio, company, and executive leadership levels.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple global locations, including attracting and retaining top talent.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in international markets such as Europe and LATAM.
  • Experience leading teams of senior leaders and managing global talent.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant product strategy experience.
