Key Responsibilities

Define detailed product roadmaps, requirements, and features prioritized to meet customer needs and position competitively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage products from concept through planning, production ramp, and delivery.
Lead customer engagements, working closely on roadmap development, proof of concepts, reference designs, and system solutions.
Develop and maintain a market and technology-driven strategy based on understanding of trends, competition, segments, and customer priorities.
Support go-to-market teams, sales, field support, and marketing efforts.
Present at all organizational levels, including executives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science; MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or customer-facing roles within the semiconductor industry.
Deep understanding of Data Center infrastructure and architectures, including compute, accelerated, and AI solutions.
Strong background in Data Center compute protocols and technologies such as PCIe (required), Ethernet, CXL, NVMe, and emerging technologies.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience engaging with Hyperscale customers, large OEMs/ODMs, and key ecosystem partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Growth mindset with focus and determination to drive impactful results.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Nice to Have

Experience with emerging Scale-up and Scale-out technologies.

Qualifications

Educational background in engineering or computer science.
Significant experience in product management or marketing within the semiconductor industry.
