About the Role

NICE Actimize is seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to join their dynamic Product organization. The role involves leveraging market insights, customer understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to position solutions and drive business growth within the financial crimes market segment, including AML, Fraud, KYC, and related risk management areas. The company is a global leader in financial crime, risk, and compliance solutions, known for innovation in AI, cloud, and digital domains, with a strong market presence and a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a source of expertise on the financial crimes market segment (AML, Fraud, KYC, financial crimes investigations or adjacent risk management area).
Perform market research within the product team and develop and execute strategies to bring new products to market.
Implement global go-to-market strategies and content to support the business in achieving pipeline, revenue, and other goals.
Generate business plans based on assessing and identifying market opportunities for existing and new solutions.
Lead the development and definition of messaging and positioning of solutions that articulate the value proposition and tailor content to specific market segments.
Ensure effective product marketing plans are in place to deliver optimal pipeline coverage.
Develop and lead go-to-market campaigns and represent Actimize at conferences and industry events.
Develop and maintain marketing collateral and sales enablement materials and tools.

Market and/or product requirements definition.
Strategic business planning.
Competitor analysis.
Market segmentation.
Solution positioning and messaging.
Product launch management.
Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B enterprise and/or SaaS software B2B product roles.
Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
Experience in building and executing a go-to-market strategy.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Aha! and/or other CRM and Product Management/Marketing applications.
Experience in risk management, preferably knowledge of Fraud, KYC, and AML risk management for financial services organizations.
Ability to thrive in an energetic and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Pre-Sales or Business Development capacities.
