The role is part of the PGIM Product Marketing team, focused on developing marketing content for PGIM's alternatives product suite across Real Estate and Private Credit, supporting business development efforts through impactful presentations and materials. The position is based in Newark, New Jersey, with a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and enhance marketing materials such as pitchbooks, fund reports, and fund overviews that position PGIM's alternative strategies and capabilities.
  • Ensure presentations articulate a logical storyline, are visually appealing, align with brand requirements, and accurately reflect data.
  • Manage all aspects of the marketing production workflow, including updating and formatting materials in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the Business Development and Portfolio Management teams.
  • Manage Compliance submission workflows to ensure materials meet regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate data automation via Seismic LiveDocs and other automation or AI tools.
  • Build strong relationships with Portfolio Management teams and develop deep product and compliance knowledge to ensure consistent content and messaging.
  • Manage expectations of key stakeholders through frequent and timely communication regarding deliverables.
  • Solution and resolve issues arising from tight deadlines or unique requests.
  • Manage and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and key industry concepts.
  • Product marketing experience in alternative investments such as real estate or private credit.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with advanced formatting skills.
  • Skilled in creating visually engaging, data-driven presentations that align with brand standards.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all management levels.
  • Prior management and leadership experience is a plus.
