The role of Director, Product Marketing involves leading a team responsible for Egnyte's horizontal products, collaborating across departments to craft messaging, develop content, launch product innovations, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Become an expert on Egnyte's product capabilities, customers, and competitive landscape to develop strong product and solution messaging.
Work with product management on positioning of new product capabilities for Egnyte Collaboration and orchestrate product launches.
Partner with and support the Sales Enablement team by equipping them to discuss products and solutions with customers, as well as developing and delivering sales plays.
Partner with other marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive pipeline.
Stay up to date on the competitive landscape and communicate key differentiators of products.
Develop Egnyte-specific points of view on current trends to establish thought leadership.

Requirements

12 years of experience in product marketing SaaS products for B2B markets.
5 years of leadership experience in product marketing at a B2B technology company.
Technical aptitude and passion for learning about new products and technologies.
Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the team to executives, prospects, customers, and partners.
Track record of partnering with product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to getting things done.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in content management or adjacent fields.
