Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of sales & execution to deliver KPI's and align to corporate goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and retail partners
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand sales and market share
  • Conduct market research and analysis through reporting tools and store visits to stay informed on trends in industry, assigned market vs ROM/national, or customer
  • Store visits to review execution with all partners internal and external, including but not limited to bottlers, NAOU, and Acosta
  • Partner with internal partners to collaborate on selling tools, strategies and guidelines
  • Assist in presenting fairlife's strategies with customers
  • Ensure local/national chain programming is being adhered to at store level (pricing, positioning)
  • Identify distribution voids and develop a gap closing plan
  • Complete any paperwork/spreadsheets that may be necessary including trackers, market surveys, etc
  • Deliver regular quantitative and qualitative analysis and feedback to XF partners on program results
  • Be in market regularly, covering the entire geography of the assigned area with a total portfolio lens
  • Manage key account sales budget (trade and marketing), adjusting for needs within each brand while maintaining fiscal responsibility
  • Curate and share relevant category and consumer insights to strengthen position as subject matter expert

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior Key Account Management sales experience (8 years, preferably with food or beverage products)
  • Local market knowledge (geography, key contacts, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to drive a results-driven team of sales professionals to quota attainment
  • Proven ability to introduce and sustain consistent accountability practices
  • Financial and business acumen including overall budget management

Nice to Have

  • MBA in business administration, sales, and marketing or related field

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field
  • 8+ years of Key Account Management sales experience, preferably in food or beverage

Benefits & Perks

  • Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position
  • Base pay range: $140,000 — $190,000 USD
  • A full range of benefits depending on the position
