Job Description

About the Role

The U.S. Oncology business is a growing and dynamic part of our company. We are seeking a Director, U.S. Oncology Marketing (TROP2 ADC) - Gynecological Cancers, to lead the commercialization efforts of an investigational TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate in Phase III clinical development across multiple tumor types, including gynecological cancers. The role involves leading marketing strategies, cross-functional teams, and preparing for successful pre-launch, launch, and in-line commercialization in gynecological cancers. The position is based in Upper Gwynedd, PA, and reports to the Associate Vice President, U.S. Oncology Marketing, Women's Cancers, and Oncology Alliances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire and lead the U.S. Oncology Marketing team focused on gynecological cancers.
  • Set the vision, strategy, objectives, priorities, and tactical plans for successful commercialization of the product.
  • Lead marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercialization strategies across pre-launch, launch, and in-line phases.
  • Build and nurture high-performing teams for a new asset with multiple indications in Phase III clinical trials.
  • Navigate and drive change within the business and teams.
  • Lead integrated launch planning activities across global marketing, supply chain, legal, compliance, and other cross-functional areas.
  • Present updates to senior leadership and respond to investor relations inquiries as needed.
  • Manage budgets and optimize resources to maximize return on investment and channel effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies for lifecycle management, market sizing, and competitive differentiation.
  • Influence key stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical business experience, including marketing and people management in marketing and customer-facing teams.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and experience competing in competitive marketplaces.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in areas of significant business responsibility such as revenue and strategy.
  • Experience leading and prioritizing in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong compliance IQ.
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%, including some weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing commercialization strategies for oncology products.
  • Understanding of the role of precision medicine in oncology, including testing and genetic sequencing processes.
  • Experience with lifecycle management strategies and resourcing dynamics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
