About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the web strategy by leading the vision and roadmap for web properties, ensuring alignment with company priorities, AI transformation, and user needs.
• Partner with the Marketing SVP to drive brand transformation, ensuring brand identity remains consistent, differentiated, and relevant in the AI market.
• Build, coach, and grow a multidisciplinary team spanning web and design, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and data-informed experimentation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to ensure the web reflects go-to-market strategy and functions as a growth engine.
• Oversee the development of scalable design systems to enable efficiency, brand consistency, and speed across teams.
• Define and own core KPIs for web performance, use insights for continuous optimization, and report impact to executives and stakeholders.
• Translate the company's AI strategy into compelling digital storytelling, developing web experiences that position Snyk as a category-defining player.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to scale impact as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or design, ideally within B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-centric companies.
• Proven success leading web and brand transformations, particularly during strategic pivots or rebranding efforts.
• Strong understanding of user experience, conversion optimization, SEO, and web technologies/CMS platforms such as Webflow and WordPress.
• Experience managing creative and technical web teams.
• Ability to translate complex technical or product narratives (e.g., AI, security, developer tools) into accessible digital experiences.
• Track record of building scalable processes, frameworks, and systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Marketing, Product, and Executive teams.
• A portfolio or examples demonstrating successful leadership of high-impact web and brand work.

Nice to Have

• Experience within B2B tech, SaaS, or AI-centric companies.
• Experience during major platform or brand pivots.
• Familiarity with design systems and digital storytelling in a tech environment.
