About the Role

The District Manager at Victra is responsible for leading approximately 10-15 store locations, supervising sales teams, and providing mentorship and direction to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Victra is the largest Verizon premium retailer in the United States, and this role involves managing staffing, training, sales performance, and store standards to ensure district success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise 10-15 store locations, providing mentorship and direction to store managers and sales staff.
  • Recruit, promote, retain, and terminate store employees while monitoring staffing levels across the district.
  • Manage, train, coach, and evaluate Store Managers to ensure sales and operational goals are met.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on district progress, needs, and strategies.
  • Ensure stores follow company policies, procedures, and maintain high standards of merchandising and appearance.
  • Analyze sales results and trends to identify opportunities for growth and maximize sales.
  • Visit all stores in the district regularly to motivate, train, and audit store operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and security across locations.
  • Coordinate activities of sales staff to achieve sales, productivity, and profit targets.
  • Communicate marketing and operational needs to corporate departments.
  • Schedule and monitor employee work hours to meet company goals.
  • Implement new policies and procedures within the district.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide performance feedback.
  • Facilitate the implementation of operational initiatives and ensure customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for long periods.
  • 75% travel requirement.
  • All new hires must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date.
  • Ability to attend various online and computer-based training throughout employment.
