About the Role

The District Sales Manager (DSM) at Red Bull Distribution Company is responsible for leading a group of Account Sales Managers (ASMs) who handle in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. The role involves driving sales volume, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaching and developing the team. The position reports to the General Sales Manager and is based in Bangor, United States.

Key Responsibilities

Leading a team of Account Sales Managers to ensure in-store execution for key customers.
Driving sales volume and achieving sales targets.
Tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Coaching and developing team members to improve performance.
Managing expectations and leading with excellence.
Serving as an organizational leader within the sales team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals.
Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English language proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Qualifications

Experience in DSD management.
Supervisory experience in sales or related field.
Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
