Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding with team members and peers from other Leadership Programs to develop foundational business knowledge.
  • Manage a sales territory during a 6-month rotation, executing data-driven sales techniques and implementing 4P Excellence to drive results.
  • Run reports and translate information into measurable plans to support category strategy development.
  • Partner with high-performing Analysts to provide actionable insights and develop customer strategies for accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, or Dollar General.
  • Engage in role-specific training and develop skills in managing independent sales territories and performing data analysis.
  • Attend the Diversity Leadership Symposium on August 13-14, 2025, and participate in networking and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Sales Management, Data, Business Analytics, Agricultural Business, or related field (completed or expected by June 2026).
  • Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Previous Sales Co-Op/Internship or practical experience in a CPG industry preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and driving record meeting company Motor Vehicle Policy.
  • Leadership experience in extracurricular activities or organizations.
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and lift/move products weighing up to 30 pounds up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to attend the Diversity Leadership Symposium on August 13-14, 2025.
  • Willingness to relocate to one of the specified locations at the start of the program and potentially relocate again after completion.
  • Travel required during the program.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and ability to utilize basic Excel functions.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Nice to Have

  • Previous practical experience in a CPG industry.
  • Leadership in extracurricular activities or organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, expected by June 2026.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
