About the Role

The Division Marketing Director at HNTB Corporation is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategy of the division to achieve marketing and sales performance goals. The role involves working directly with division leadership, overseeing the marketing and graphics team, and contributing to strategic planning and firm-wide initiatives. This position is integral to supporting large infrastructure projects and fostering division growth within a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide oversight and direction to the division marketing and graphics team.
Ensure adequate support to all divisional offices and service groups and distribute workload equitably among hub marketing offices.
Participate in marketing-related meetings such as client service plan reviews, strategy meetings, and pursuit kick-offs.
Participate in go/no go meetings and make strategic recommendations; represent the division in corporate activities.
Contribute to the development of divisional strategic plans and oversee the implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
Work with division leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans, marketing initiatives, and client-focused strategies.
Maintain knowledge of division mega projects, key clients, and targeted service lines.
Analyze division sales performance and recommend strategies to enhance performance.
Develop and implement division marketing processes, systems, and policies.
Provide feedback and final approval on division marketing QA/QC processes.
Recruit, hire, mentor, develop, and retain staff, including performance and compensation reviews and succession planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
10 years of relevant experience including 2 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in marketing management within the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry is preferred.
Strong strategic management, sales analysis, and team development skills.
Experience with policy and process development, quality control, and staff management.

Nice to Have

5 years of A/E/C marketing management experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with supervisory experience.
