Dressage Operations & Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the weekly accreditations of riders and related personnel for the CDI competition.
• Organize all awards during the CDI competition.
• Liaise with sponsors of the classes.
• Prepare the timeline for Friday Night Lights (FNL) during each CDI.
• Manage Friday Night Stars together with the FEI Event Director.
• Support all side events during the AGDF season.
• Work closely with the FEI Event Director on all sport-related matters.
• Track marketing deadlines and submit materials.
• Provide creative direction for marketing and advertising content.
• Write and proofread articles for outside publications, marketing materials, social media, internal communication, digital content, and graphic projects.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of a Dressage show and horse shows in general.
• Ability to work and fit in a team of horse show professionals.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Independent and self-motivated work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet strict deadlines.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
