Key Responsibilities

Identify and implement the overall digital strategy as it relates to the E-Commerce business.
Manage day-to-day Amazon & Instacart operations with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals, including product setup, catalog auditing & management, operational platform management, promotional strategy & execution, and brand registry & IP management.
Discover, explore, and recommend new opportunities, tools, and ideas to drive sales, visibility, and efficiencies on the platform for the growth of the Ecommerce channel.
Work closely with marketing teams and agency partners on digital shelf execution & management, including proper syndication of assets, PDP content, A+/enhanced content, SEO optimized copy, and ratings/reviews on ecommerce sites.
Enhance performance on retailer sites and ensure compliance across the Eagle Foods portfolio.
Analyze category and product trends and translate them into executable strategies.
Act as a resource for the broader sales team for top retailer.com accounts to create actionable ecommerce growth plans.

Requirements

E-Commerce marketplace management experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline strongly preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of sales/account management experience strongly preferred.
National account retail sales experience for a CPG company preferred.
Customer Systems/Portal experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of retail E-Commerce activities, including promotions, financials, and operations.
Thorough knowledge of online retailer policies/procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) highly preferred.
Advanced analytics and eCommerce software/platform experience (Vendor Central, Syndigo, Profitero, etc.) highly preferred.
High-level proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar software required.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills required.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI) and familiarity with retail execution tools is highly preferred.
Occasional travel (approximately 15%) to customer and sales meetings.

Qualifications
