E-Commerce & Marketplace Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage the Shopify site (self-managed or oversee a contractor); integrate apps for shipping, reviews, subscriptions, etc.
• Create SEO‑optimized listings, manage back‑end inventory, set pricing, and maintain content and image standards.
• Open and manage Amazon, eBay, Swappa seller accounts; optimize listings, oversee compliance, manage returns and fulfillment.
• Coordinate orders, track shipments, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Build email marketing, SEO, run basic paid campaigns, and coordinate promotions.
• Track KPIs (conversion, AOV, ROAS), prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in e‑commerce with Shopify and multi-channel marketplace experience
• Proven track record launching or managing online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and marketplace platforms
• Strong digital marketing skills: SEO, email (e.g., Klaviyo), paid ads
• Familiar with integration tools (Zapier), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and third-party apps
• Excellent communication skills; organized and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience with refurbished/used tech products
• Prior exposure to Swappa or similar marketplaces
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
• Experience setting up workflow automations

• Base salary: $55,000-$70,000/year + Performance Bonuses
