About the Role

We are a Salt Lake City-based health & wellness company behind several category-leading consumer health and beauty brands. Our direct-to-consumer business is powered by Shopify storefronts for each brand, and we also operate a thriving Amazon presence under our "Body.Forum" storefront. With a loyal customer base and expanding channels (including new opportunities on TikTok Shop), we're poised for our next phase of digital growth. Our portfolio includes SeroVital, Novex Biotech, Zantrex, and Relacore. We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Digital Revenue to lead, integrate, and accelerate growth across all online sales channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and serving as a key leader on the team, this role owns the strategy, execution, and performance of DTC e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute a unified, multi-year growth roadmap across DTC Shopify sites, Amazon storefronts, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces to achieve a 15% growth rate YoY, while maintaining margins.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated promotional calendars that maximize revenue potential and align with brand and seasonal opportunities.
  • Monitor consumer insights, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital trends to identify high-impact opportunities and lead cross-functional collaboration to launch relevant products at speed.
  • Drive end-to-end conversion improvement, including site UX, merchandising, CRO, and high-performing landing pages for ads to deliver superior conversion rates, average order value, and overall customer lifetime value.
  • Establish best-in-class Amazon and marketplace strategies, from content and SEO to paid media performance.
  • Scale revenue from TikTok Shop and social selling, leveraging live shopping, influencer marketing, and emerging formats.
  • Expand LTV through advanced email, SMS, and loyalty strategies, integrating personalization and segmentation at scale.
  • Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of online specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
  • Maintain enterprise-level dashboards and insights to guide decisions and ensure each channel meets or exceeds revenue targets.
  • Continuously audit digital channels for efficiency and growth potential, reallocating resources to maximize results.
  • Lead digital revenue budgeting and forecasting, aligning investment with aggressive growth goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing leadership, with proven results in scaling multi-channel revenue in CPG, health & wellness, or supplements.
  • Demonstrated success in setting and executing enterprise-level digital growth strategies.
  • Expertise in promotional planning, conversion optimization, and team leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and leading digital marketing tools.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting and budget management.

Nice to Have

  • Background in health, wellness, or beauty supplements.
  • Experience in building and scaling social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop and live shopping.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and CRO platforms.
