About the Role

The Lead, End-to-End Digital Performance is responsible for overseeing the health of the entire digital sales funnel. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, a background in analytics, and experience in digital campaign implementation and optimization. This role involves monitoring key funnel metrics, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement, and communicating insights to a diverse cross-functional team. The position is based in Dallas, TX, Bothell, WA, or Atlanta, GA, requiring a minimum of 5 days per week in the office, with no relocation offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights during weekly cross-functional calls
  • Coordinate with partners to address funnel issues and identify optimization opportunities
  • Benchmark AT&T's digital performance against industry standards and internal goals, and implement data standardization best practices

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or go-to-market (GTM) execution
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Python, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Strong ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Skilled in tailoring communications for diverse, cross-functional audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with content and campaign performance tools
  • Experience in digital technology delivery
  • Background in telecom, digital media, or subscription-based models
  • Experience with tagging implementation and analytics, such as Adobe, Quantum Metrics, and Google Analytics

Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end performance management
  • Experience presenting executive-level reports
  • Skilled in aligning operations across multiple execution channels

  • Educational background in Business, Marketing, Analytics or related field (preferred)
