The eCommerce Programs Analyst supports our digital commerce initiatives in the automotive components sector, working in strategic alignment with the Sales and E-Commerce teams to drive digital growth, enhance customer experience, and support data-driven decision-making. This role involves monitoring pricing and policies compliance with non-complying retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor websites for program and MAP compliance with software, including auction-based sites, marketplace sites, and 3rd party direct retailer sites.
  • Follow corporate process of escalation on non-complying retailers and ensure a high level of communication to all non-authorized retailers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory data.
  • Maintain and optimize product data (e.g., SKUs, specifications, compatibility) across e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research specific to automotive components and aftermarket trends.
  • Receive and authorize completed retailer information forms and agreements and search for sellers not yet under agreement for authorization.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in digital operations.
  • Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school degree or GED.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical, data-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts, components, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
