About the Role

The Early Career Program (ECP) at METTLER TOLEDO is a rotational program designed to introduce college graduates to the company through rotations across core business areas and cross-functional teams. Participants will gain experience, develop skills, and expand their professional network while working on initiatives such as lead generation, industry research, data analysis, and content production to support B2B digital marketing strategies. The program has been in operation for over 35 years and offers engagement opportunities like leadership presentations, social events, seminars, and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in rotations across core business areas and cross-functional teams to gain comprehensive understanding of the company's operations.
  • Generate and nurture leads to support marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze data to interpret trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Produce content that drives the strategy of B2B digital marketing efforts.
  • Engage in professional development seminars, community service events, and mentoring activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, Business or Data Analytics, or related) from an accredited four-year college or university, with graduation expected by May 2026.
  • Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Familiarity with, or interest in learning SAP.
  • Interest in learning at least one coding or programming language to support data analysis and reporting projects.
  • A global perspective, analytical mindset, and a flexible, open approach to learning the business.
  • Strong communication skills for successful interaction with local and international teams.
  • A take-charge attitude demonstrated through leadership experience.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, shown through involvement in community service or volunteer work.
  • Ability to begin full-time work in Columbus, OH in June 2026.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with or interest in learning coding or programming languages.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline, expected to graduate by May 2026.
