About the Role

As the eCommerce Digital Shelf Insights Manager, you will be part of an exciting and transformative eCommerce team within Ferrero USA. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on business performance, deriving actionable insights, and translating complex analysis into simple conclusions that will empower the team to take actions that improve Ferrero's eCommerce business results. You will own ongoing KPIs reporting, business performance scorecard updating, and ad-hoc analysis to educate and influence key business decision-making with leadership, customer, and brand teams. The position supports accelerating sales growth through collaboration with internal teams and external agencies on meeting Digital Shelf KPIs, category management, and optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and define unique opportunities based on market trends analytics and reporting from Amazon Vendor Central and other sources (e.g., Circana).
  • Build, maintain, and improve performance reports and KPIs related to ecommerce business performance, including Digital Shelf Execution, Monthly Volume, Net Sales, and Consumption.
  • Identify drivers of digital shelf performance across retailers and categories, measure and report on performance, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze ecommerce performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key platforms.
  • Assist in developing and delivering joint business plan targets and brand growth strategies for the Ferrero brand portfolio on eCommerce.
  • Support success with customers and partners by driving Digital Shelf initiatives and commercial strategies, including creating eCommerce Category Management & Digital Shelf toolkits.
  • Conduct category assortment, promotional, cross-selling, and other relevant analyses for eCommerce and omnichannel retailers.
  • Identify and codify new analyses relevant to driving eCommerce traffic, conversion, and basket size; integrate online and offline data into actionable insights.
  • Develop storylines and presentations to communicate findings internally and externally to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and data vendors to identify and obtain relevant data and tools for eCommerce insights and tracking.
  • Support the development of eCommerce dashboards and reporting for leadership, tracking key performance metrics.
  • Liaise with Finance to track eCommerce financial performance and perform sales trend analyses.
  • Own and optimize digital shelf intelligence tools and vendor relationships, ensuring content compliance and performance analysis using tools like DSA, CIQ, or Profitero.
  • Conduct quarterly competitive audits across priority categories and channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of related Digital Shelf Analytics or eCategory management experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience across Sales, Category Management, Digital Retail Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Scintilla, other retailer platforms, and Circana.
  • Strong understanding of Pureplay/Omnichannel retail, Retail Media, and Content Syndication.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve business problems.
  • Strong communication skills to deliver clear insights and influence decisions.
  • Technology savvy with strong office productivity skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage ambiguity, motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the category, shopper, and customer.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with eCommerce dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of online content performance tools like DSA, CIQ, or Profitero.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is a plus.
