Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze social media, web, and traditional media data to generate insights that inform strategic communications and marketing decisions.
  • Develop and execute Boolean queries to monitor conversations across social media and online news platforms, identifying emerging trends and themes.
  • Build engaging and insightful data stories and visualizations using tools like Google Sheets, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Tableau to communicate key findings.
  • Use analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Meltwater) to assess content performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to establish baseline knowledge and uncover opportunities.
  • Leverage tools like Excel, Quid, and AI-driven platforms for efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including account leads, to integrate data insights into broader communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in analytics, preferably in PR, marketing, or advertising, with a focus on technology and healthcare sectors.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (especially Sheets and Slides), data visualization tools, and media monitoring software (e.g., Quid, StatSocial, SimilarWeb).
  • Passionate about working with data to derive insights and confidence in translating these into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of identifying trends and solving strategic problems using data.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and emerging trends in digital and social media.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in analytics, PR, marketing, or advertising
