Ecommerce Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data across platforms to support web tracking efforts and personalization strategies.
• Translate complex business and personalization requirements into tagging requirements.
• Ensure proper testing and monitoring are in place to validate tagging requirements.
• Consult with internal teams and business leaders to define digital analytics reporting scope and requirements.
• Manage multiple open requests simultaneously.
• Develop standard and ad-hoc reports on digital marketing, web, and mobile performance.
• Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve data and reporting issues.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting.
• Knowledge of writing tagging documentation for eCommerce websites.
• Experience with eCommerce testing and optimization strategies and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize site data, identify trends, and discover opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various functions and business units.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience with web personalization and customer experience strategies.
• Familiarity with digital analytics tools beyond Adobe Analytics.
