Ecommerce Director- Shopify, Amazon, DTC

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to enhance online sales performance.
• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Analyze customer data and online shopping behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute online marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Utilize digital analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Oversee supply chain management for online orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with content teams to enhance product descriptions and SEO strategies for better search visibility.
• Monitor and manage online customer relationships through CRM tools, ensuring excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI) for data-driven decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo.
