Electronic Commerce Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce transactions, workflows, and platform performance
• Support the integration of e-commerce platforms with enterprise systems
• Document business and system requirements for e-commerce solutions
• Monitor system usage, costs, and compliance with standards (PCI-DSS, security, privacy)
• Partner with developers, architects, and managers to enhance customer experience
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance and trends
• Troubleshoot and resolve e-commerce operational issues
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce systems, business analysis, or IT support
• Familiarity with digital payment systems, transaction processing, and integrations
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to support multiple projects and evolving business needs

Nice to Have

• Public-sector or regulated industry experience
• Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
• Knowledge of accessibility and user experience standards
