About the Role

The Email Campaign Coordinator supports the bank's automated email portfolio and internal email marketing agenda. They assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role involves ensuring email automations are functioning correctly, managing campaign schedules, reviewing email metrics for improvements, and supporting the email build and deployment process. Key Responsibilities

Ensures email automations are deploying as intended
Manages audit schedule for emails by providing direction to Direct Marketing Channel Strategists
Assists in reviewing email metric reports to identify emails for deeper analysis and improvement
Builds email timelines in support of email build, QA, and deployment
Ensures documentation is complete for the email development team to build the email
Addresses or escalates roadblocks and dependencies that may impact project timelines or deliverables
Maintains day-to-day campaign management tasks, including deploying live samples and scheduling emails for deployment in SFMC

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Four (4) years of experience in Marketing
Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology experience (working knowledge)
HTML knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Strong editing, proofreading, and QA skills
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services marketing
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Certification

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
Four (4) years of experience in Marketing
