This role involves supporting email and SMS marketing efforts as part of our growing team, contributing to our success, and gaining valuable experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Build, link, QA, and schedule email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accurate content, links, and overall campaign functionality, including troubleshooting errors.
Work closely and autonomously with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and the site team, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Monitor key email metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
Monitor email and SMS accounts for alerts and errors, such as broken flows, discount code issues, billing problems, or discrepancies in reporting.
Support strategic initiatives like list acquisition, retention, new flows, A/B testing, and implementing new tools.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools, specifically Klaviyo and Attentive.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of email template building and segmentation building.
Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce integration.
Self-motivated and eager to make a difference.
