About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As part of this long-term contract position, you will design and implement engaging email campaigns that align with brand standards and marketing objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually compelling email templates using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Develop and implement email campaigns that effectively communicate with target audiences.
Ensure email designs are responsive and optimized for all devices and platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to align email content with broader marketing strategies.
Write and edit HTML code to customize and enhance email functionality.
Test and troubleshoot email designs to ensure high-quality performance.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all email communications.
Analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong design sense.
Experience in creating and managing email campaigns using email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of HTML for email development and design customization.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve project goals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
Familiarity with responsive email design and cross-platform compatibility.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
