About the Role

Robert Half is seeking talented Email Marketing Specialists for clients in need of support on a contract basis. This role involves creating, testing, and optimizing email campaigns to help clients deliver targeted and impactful messages to their audiences. The assignments typically last 2-3 months, with potential for extension based on client needs and project demands. Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using top email and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Optimize email templates for desktop and mobile responsiveness using best practices for design and layout.
Ensure proper segmentation and targeting to reach the right audience.
Conduct A/B testing to analyze and improve campaign results.
Collaborate with designers, content writers, and the broader marketing team to align messaging with the brand's goals and voice.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and actionable insights based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in one or more email marketing platforms and knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails is preferred.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience working on reports and providing insights.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails.

Experience in email marketing or a related field (2+ years).
