About the Role

The Email Marketing Developer is responsible for building, testing, and deploying responsive email campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success and maintaining dynamic email templates in line with brand standards. The position is with Beacon Hill Technologies, a leading IT staffing firm that provides technology talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
Conduct QA across browsers and devices to ensure consistent rendering and functionality
Collaborate with editorial, design, and marketing teams to gather assets and align messaging
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights to optimize future campaigns
Maintain and update dynamic email templates in compliance with brand standards and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git
Hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns
Strong understanding of email rendering issues and troubleshooting across clients/devices
Experience with email marketing platforms (Braze, HubSpot, ExactTarget, or similar)
Strong attention to detail in coding, testing, and QA
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

Experience with Braze specifically
Familiarity with Liquid Logic for dynamic email content
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
