Collaborating closely with the Email Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations team, you’ll ensure seamless campaign delivery and contribute to a cohesive brand experience. Your meticulous QA, content coordination, and calendar management will be essential to the success of each campaign. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Coordinate content with stakeholders, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
  • Perform rigorous QA for email campaigns, guaranteeing flawless delivery and optimal user experience.
  • Prioritize email tasks, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team, ensuring seamless integration of email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Report on email performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot, showcasing expertise in email automation and campaign execution.
  • Basic HTML proficiency, enabling effective email template customization and optimization.
  • Experience in a B2B or B2E SaaS environment, understanding the nuances of these target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and stakeholder management.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, enabling efficient prioritization and execution of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in email marketing (2+ years).
  • Experience with Pardot and email automation tools.
  • Basic HTML skills.
