About the Role

Robert Half Marketing and Creative is hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist with a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position. We're hiring an Email Marketing Specialist with 4+ years of experience to own our email strategy, improve engagement, and drive revenue. You'll work on everything from campaign planning and automation to segmentation and deliverability. Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end email marketing process - from campaign strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.
Develop, test, and optimize email workflows (welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, product updates).
Segment and personalize email campaigns to improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Manage A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times.
Analyze key performance metrics (deliverability, bounce rates, list growth, churn) and take action based on insights.
Work with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, and sales) to align email marketing with broader campaigns.
Stay ahead of trends in email marketing, automation, and audience engagement.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in email marketing.
Experience with campaign planning, automation, segmentation, and deliverability.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Knowledge of A/B testing and email workflow development.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and trends.
