About the Role

A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Virginia is actively seeking a new Email Marketing Specialist to join its growing Marketing Operations team. This role involves developing and executing email marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaign performance using data-driven insights. The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring at least 2 days a week onsite at their Vienna, VA location.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, collaborating with strategic partners
Develop, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative direction, refine targeting strategies, and improve campaign performance
Utilize data-driven insights from testing and analysis to optimize campaign results
Partner with technical experts to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance marketing platform capabilities
Ensure quality assurance standards are met for all campaigns

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Proven background in email campaign deployment and content QA
Experience troubleshooting marketing platform issues in partnership with technical specialists
Strong analytical skills with experience in testing and optimization strategies
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
