About the Role

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns from strategy to analysis. This role will support demand generation and customer engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and send targeted email campaigns.
Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through, and conversions.
Segment audiences for personalization and improved targeting.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing.
Proficiency with ESPs such as SFMC, HubSpot, or Marketo.
Understanding of deliverability and compliance best practices.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting tools.
