About the Role

We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to manage the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns. This role will ensure campaigns are targeted, effective, and aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including automated journeys.
Conduct A/B testing to improve performance and deliverability.
Monitor campaign metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices and data regulations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing.
Proficiency with major ESP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign reporting.

Qualifications

Experience in email marketing for at least 2 years.
Proficiency with ESP platforms and HTML/CSS knowledge.
