About the Role

Insight Global is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist for one of our large technology companies. The role involves developing and executing B2C email marketing campaigns, managing customer journeys, and optimizing email performance to enhance engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2C email marketing campaigns using Braze.
Set up and manage Braze Canvases to support multi-step customer journeys and drip messaging flows.
Ensure all emails are optimized for deliverability, responsiveness, and engagement.
Design and maintain customer journey maps to guide lifecycle marketing strategies.
Identify key touchpoints and opportunities for personalized messaging across the customer experience.
Build and manage automated drip campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Continuously test and refine messaging sequences based on performance data.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.).
Create and present reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Maintain and segment email lists for accurate targeting and personalization.
Partner with product, design, analytics, and customer success teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
Contribute to integrated marketing strategies and cross-channel initiatives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing, with hands-on expertise in Braze.
Strong understanding of B2C email communications, segmentation, and personalization.
Experience with customer journey mapping and drip messaging strategies.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus.
