About the Role

Acadaca is a boutique eCommerce agency founded in 2002, with a team of 60 professionals serving clients across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, media, and B2B sectors. The company specializes in digital marketing, UX, creative design, eCommerce strategy, and proprietary products, operating primarily out of Manhattan with satellite locations. They focus on creating strategic digital roadmaps and streamlining clients' businesses to increase sales. This fully remote role involves working with a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to bringing clients' businesses to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot clients' Shopify sites, including analyzing Shopify liquid theme files and solving integration challenges.
  • Create and maintain clients' email marketing calendars, execute email campaigns, and develop automated email flows.
  • Manage customer lists and segmentation, plan and execute A/B tests, and optimize email campaign performance.
  • Research industry trends, competition, and UX best practices to develop compelling messaging strategies.
  • Deliver clear communication of campaign and design goals, and report on KPIs with actionable insights.
  • Assist in installing pixels into Shopify theme files and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Create eCommerce strategies by analyzing site data, aligning with client goals, and recommending product assortments and third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement Shopify-specific solutions and train team members on Shopify functionalities.

Requirements

  • Located in the United States of America.
  • 3+ years of experience working in the eCommerce industry.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Shopify.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms, including analytics, segmentation, email building, A/B testing, and flows.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to support business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and ability to provide strategic insights.
  • Experience editing emails in Figma is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, resourcefulness, and quick problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, including writing clear and concise emails.
