We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to help shape Aero's email communication and engagement strategies, working closely with the marketing team to drive loyalty, revenue, and brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted email campaigns that enhance engagement and conversion.
Oversee list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics to refine strategy.
Design and code responsive email templates that align with Aero's brand identity.
Manage and optimize automated email journeys to nurture prospective guests and drive repeat bookings.
Actively participate in content planning, collaborating with the marketing team to determine content calendar and timing.
Continuously analyze data and customer insights to improve email content, frequency, and targeting.
Work alongside a copywriter to ensure email communications are polished, brand-aligned, and engaging.
Manage deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices.
Collaborate with development and experience teams to optimize transactional and system-triggered emails.
Partner with concierge and experience teams to develop guest engagement emails that elevate the travel experience.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in DTC email marketing, preferably in luxury travel or hospitality.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot) and HTML / CSS for email coding.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance tracking.
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and make data-driven decisions independently.
Experience managing automated email flows and lifecycle marketing campaigns including setting and testing event triggers.
Knowledge of segmentation strategies and CRM integration.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working cross-functionally with development and customer-facing teams.
Passion for aviation, luxury travel, and high-touch guest experiences.

Nice to Have

Experience with automated email flows and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance best practices.
Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry.

Qualifications

Formal experience or background in email marketing (3+ years).
