About the Role

Our medical client is looking for an Email Specialist to join their team for a 3 month assignment. This role will play a key part in supporting digital marketing initiatives, campaign planning and execution. The position is onsite in Monterey, CA, and involves working closely with a collaborative team environment. The role may involve access to confidential and proprietary information, including medical data, and requires adherence to data privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Eloqua and other email marketing systems
Collaborate with MarCom team to strategize and plan campaign content and audience targeting
Collaborate with the MarCom team to ensure consistent messaging and branding
Manage email lists and segmentation
Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations
Assist with routine website updates, including editing content and imagery, as well as building and maintaining pages for classes and events
Support reputation management efforts by monitoring and responding to reviews and comments across various digital platforms

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in email marketing, email design and digital support
Experience with Eloqua is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, metrics, and optimization
Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills

Experience with CMS platforms
Basic HTML knowledge
