Enablement Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build a foundational understanding of the GTM ecosystem, product portfolio, and enablement gaps within the first 30 days.
• Design and launch an integrated enablement framework for Sales, CSMs, SDRs, and Partners by 60 days.
• Deliver GTM enablement for company kickoff, launch multi-product enablement programs, and deploy AI-enabled workflows within 90 days.
• Institutionalize a repeatable enablement framework, reduce ramp time, and drive measurable sales enablement outcomes within 180 days.
• Continuously refine enablement content, certifications, and KPIs, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, maintaining alignment with Product Marketing.

Requirements

• Experience in managing or leading sales or GTM enablement functions.
• Knowledge of AI tools and workflows such as Gong coaching, predictive scoring, or RFP automation.
• Ability to design and implement scalable enablement frameworks and programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product Marketing.
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker, Gainsight, Crossbeam, 6sense, and Highspot.
• Self-starter with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS or multi-product sales environments.
• Leadership experience in enablement or related functions.
• Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools and workflows.
